1. Services
MobileComm provides device repair, sales, and related services as described at the time of service. Specific repair timelines, pricing, and availability are confirmed at intake and may vary by device and condition.
2. Estimates & Payment
Estimates are provided before work begins where possible. Final pricing may change if additional issues are discovered during repair; we will seek your approval before proceeding with any change. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
3. Warranty
Warranty coverage applies to the specific repair performed and does not cover new, unrelated, or accidental damage. Proof of service may be required for warranty claims.
4. Data & Backups
You are responsible for backing up your data before service. While we take care with your device, MobileComm is not responsible for any loss of data that may occur during repair.
5. Unclaimed Devices
Devices left after completion notice may be subject to storage fees and, after a reasonable period, may be considered abandoned in accordance with applicable law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MobileComm's liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
